It is very common is Spain that a seller puts his property up for sale with several agents, sometimes up to 10. Except the region it is also important what type of area you want to buy, golf, beach, inland, small towns, etc, there is no right or wrong but we do want to make sure you have a certain preference for type of area for the right reasons.
